Throughout his distinguished career, he has remained dedicated to advancing dental education, lifelong learning, and improving the oral health of the community.

Passionate about patient care, Dr. Urdaneta’s ultimate goal is to enhance his patients' quality of life by delivering exceptional, personalized dental treatment. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of services—from routine cleanings and fillings to complex restorative procedures. He treats both minor and major dental conditions, including veneers, crowns, bridges, dentures, implant restorations, TMJ disorders, sleep apnea, and full smile reconstruction.

Dr. Urdaneta is an award-winning prosthodontist recognized for both his clinical excellence and community involvement. He has received numerous honors, including the Hispanic Business Salute Award from NBC Telemundo, the Hispanic Small Business of the Year Award, and several Outstanding Faculty Awards.

Dedicated to giving back, Dr. Urdaneta actively participates in dental mission work around the world. His service has reached communities in the Fiji Islands, Jamaica, Mexico, and Venezuela, providing much-needed dental care to underserved populations.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Dr. Urdaneta is able to connect with a diverse range of patients and colleagues across cultures.

As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Urdaneta completed dental school followed by three additional years of specialized training in an ADA-accredited prosthodontic program. He is an expert in diagnosing and treating complex dental and facial issues related to missing teeth and jaw structures. His areas of expertise include:

Outside of his professional practice, Dr. Urdaneta lives in southern orange county with his wife Nancy and has four young adult children. He leads an active lifestyle and enjoys mountain biking, surfing, swimming, and piloting small airplanes.
