Born in Romania, Dr. Sandy Ghibu graduated in 1978 from University of Medicine at Tirgu Mures. She then practiced dentistry in Romania for more than a decade. After moving to the United States, she attended and graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1992, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Ghibu has been in practice in Southern California since 1992, and has served here in her Laguna Hills office for the past 14 years.
